Show up...

·      Nothing will get done unless you show up.

o   Jump in with both feet.

o   Give it everything you’ve got.

Life is full of moments when showing up is required. Every time you start something new or need to do something important. The time leading up to those moments are filled with uncertainty that can lead to anxiety. That's when courage is needed. Without courage, it's difficult to show up and get your head in the game. It's especially acute when starting a new job or moving to a new city - at times like that, a friendly face can be so important. Remember when you were new at something and the emotions you experienced. Be aware when someone new joins something you're a part of: be the friendly face that welcomes and helps them find their way. Don’t stand back and hope somebody else does that - step up and introduce yourself and offer your assistance. Don't wait, help someone find their courage today.
