If you want to do great things, it helps to have people to work with and help you. It’s all in how you approach them.

· That’s the inspiration for success.
Every project I ever worked on started with a leader who inspired everyone. Sometimes it was the person who recruited me to the team that did the inspiring, other times it was me. If you’re looking to lead a team in anything, then you must be the one recruiting and inspiring. Every leader must be the evangelist who inspires everyone else to see it, buy into it, believe in it, and work hard to complete it. When I was the leader recruiter, I had to inspire my peeps to be inspired and motivated. So they could inspire others. My inspiration had to fire theirs, and so on. That’s not something you can leave to others – you must be the example for others to follow. That’s leadership. And that’s what it takes to achieve great things today.
