Look in the mirror to see who's in charge...

To be a success at anything requires setting objectives, developing a strategy, taking action, staying committed, learning and adjusting, getting help, and celebrating success. My business head gets that, but in simpler terms for regular everyday achievements, know what you want to do or where you want to go, set appropriate priorities, keep one eye on the objective, roll with the punches while maintaining focus, and stick to it. It’s called commitment. It takes perseverance. It requires flexibility. And you must be all in. Whether a business imperative or project, something where you’re a volunteer, or things for family, friends, and community – it’s all the same. Take charge of yourself and your success today.
