How many times have you considered giving up because you thought the odds were just too great? Odds, obstacles, headaches, complications, disputes, difficulties, impediments, and hurdles: they’re all examples of why you sometimes feel like quitting. But when you find reasons and ways to overcome any or all of them you put yourself in a position to get something done, and sometimes that something is very cool and innovative. When that happens – it’s not what you achieve, it’s what you overcome; and that’s what defines your career. More importantly: it’s what defines your character (the stuff you’re made of), and your legacy (the stuff people remember). So don’t give up when things get tough: remember why you started, remember what you wanted to achieve, remember what that means, and then recommit to finishing today.
