Try to know, do, and be more in 2024...

·      New Years is a time when we start anew.

·      We don’t have to: we could continue as we are.

·      But why not make some resolutions and try.

Whether at the start of a new year or any other time in your life, it’s good to acknowledge that you’re enough and that you’re proud of who and what you are becoming. For most of us that’s as much aspirational as real, but so what… it’s good to keep trying. Because “becoming” is an ongoing effort. When you start a new job, move to a new community, make new friends, or begin a new day – start with the premise that you’re going to do your best. When you do, feel good about that. And if you think you could have done better, learn from that. And commit to using that the next time. Even when all the ads we see and news we hear point to people “they” think are prettier or leaner or smarter or better, tune that out and just focus on yourself. “They” don’t know what’s better or best for you more than you. Feel good about yourself and do your best today.
