Throughout my career I thoroughly enjoyed teaching others. In the casinos I actively participated in the training programs we conducted, and later I loved teaching at the university level. And now with Tiny Classroom Training, I know it’s my purpose.

But online learning can overlook the importance of interacting with classmates, learning from other’s questions, and the benefits of networking. To overcome this, Tiny Classroom Training includes regular live online coaching sessions with the instructors to give Learners the chance to interact with others, talk through their questions, and learn from best practices. So, between the short format videos, accompanying workbooks, review sessions with their Team Leaders, and online coaching sessions with the instructors, each Learner has multiple opportunities to learn, practice, and refine their skills. Training doesn’t have to be complicated or logistically challenging. And as with many other aspects of work and life, taking a step back, thinking outside the box, and not being afraid to try something new is an excellent way to find out who you are and discover your purpose.
