Make someone's day...

Leaving something a little better than when you found it is a worthy goal. The something you’re hoping to affect doesn’t have to be big, and what you do can be even smaller. Like saying hi to your employees at the beginning of the shift and thanks and goodbye at the end. Like catching them doing things right. Like recognizing and fulfilling their coaching and training needs. Like empowering them to make changes to their work and workplace. Like setting aside time during the workday to let them talk and get to know each other better. The possibilities are endless. And you’ll be proud of the results: happy employees, who will make happy customers, who will improve the bottom line. Leave your world a little bit better than when you found it today.
