The best part of giving....

E
ffective leaders pass on their knowledge and experience to others.  Every time Wynn opened a hotel there were lots of people who worked with us and learned from that experience. Providing them with the opportunity to learn and grow was mutually advantageous: we got the benefit of their best efforts and they enhanced their skill sets. The coolest part of that is the fact that so many of them went on to leadership roles throughout the industry. Make a commitment to furthering the careers of the people you work with by providing the kinds of learning opportunities that will stay with them forever. Of all the benefits companies provide, that may be the one that means the most to them, and you, today.
